If you're already a member of a shared mailbox, how can you find it in Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com/)?

There are a few ways, but we've found that this method always works, although it means viewing the shared mailbox separately:

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com.
2. Click on your Profile Picture (top-right corner).
3. Select "Open another mailbox".
4. Enter the shared mailbox email address and click "Open".
5. The shared mailbox will open in a new tab.

You can also try opening the shared mailbox directly with this URL:

https://outlook.office.com/mail/shared_mailbox_email@yourdomain.com/

(Replace shared_mailbox_email@yourdomain.com with the actual shared mailbox address.)
